Be in Harmony with People, Place & Purpose

You weren’t meant to be in isolation — or in a concrete box.

Kind Villages offers something better: intentional villages where your home, your neighbours, and your daily rhythm are aligned with what matters most.

Whether you’re raising a family, working remotely, in retirement or simply seeking a deeper sense of belonging — this is your place.

How it Works

A new rhythm for life — seasonal, intentional, and deeply connected.

1️⃣ Choose Your Village & Site

Start by selecting your seasonal home base from one of our handpicked villages, each located within a unique, amenity-rich RV park. Every village is small, shaped by community, inspired by nature and creativity, and bound by purpose.

Once you decide on your village, find the perfect RV site within your village and sign a lease for that spot.

2️⃣ Buy Your Park Model Home

Buy a beautifully-designed park model trailer — either move-in ready or unfinished for hands-on creators who want to finish their space themselves.

Each unit is modern, compact, and tailored for seasonal life with soul.

🛠️ Built for comfort, finished with intention.

🪵 Designed for style, connection, and sustainability.

3️⃣ Move In + Meet Your People

Settle in for the season. Unpack. Breathe.

Start connecting with your neighbors. Share meals. Trade stories. Participate in income opportunities.

Host a workshop or help tend the garden. Join yoga at sunrise. Manage a short-term rental. Or just watch your kids run free.

Your village is what you make it — and everyone helps make it better.

4️⃣ Take Your Off-Season Adventure

When the RV park closes for the off-season, your journey continues. This is your time to:

🟨Join our travel group to other places

🟨Go solo on a learning or healing journey

🟨Reconnect with family or friends

🟨Work remotely from somewhere new

We’ll share seasonal itineraries, member meetups, partner retreats, and ideas — but it’s your call. This is the off-season on purpose.

5️⃣ Return. Reconnect. Repeat.

As the RV park season opens again, pick up where you left off.

Plant new seeds. Rekindle old fires. Reunite with your neighbours. Reconnect with the land.

Each season is a new cycle — of growth, contribution, and connection.

6️⃣ Earn Ownership as You Belong

Each year you return to your village, you earn equity in the company.

There are also opportunities to deepen your involvement through:

* 💰 Financial investment

* 🛠️ Time and energy

* 🧠 Skills and leadership

Kind Villages isn’t just where you stay — it’s something you can help build.

Income Opportunities at Kind Villages

Being a Kind Villages member doesn’t just mean lower costs — it means new ways to create income and abundance.

We believe your village should help sustain you. Each community is designed with built-in opportunities for residents to earn, save, and share, making it easier to live well without breaking the bank.

Here’s how our residents generate value for themselves and their neighbours:

🛖 1. Short-Term Rentals

Select glamping units and guest cabins are available for residents to manage and host on Airbnb or VRBO, creating seasonal income streams that support both individuals and the community.

🚗 2. Shared EV Rentals

Villages maintain one or more electric vehicles which residents can list on Turo. This creates a shared revenue stream and offers sustainable transportation options.

🌿 3. Community Garden

Our regenerative gardens provide fresh produce to lower food costs. Surplus harvests can be shared with neighbors, sold at farmers’ markets, or offered to local restaurants.

🥕 4. Food Rescue

We partner with local farms and grocery stores to rescue surplus food, reducing waste and cutting grocery bills while providing nourishing meals for everyone.

☀️ 5. Renewable Energy Savings

Solar, water catchment, and other renewable systems reduce costs for residents — and in some locations, surplus energy can even be sold back to the grid.

.

...and of course, these are just our starting ideas — we know our residents will imagine even more creative ways to thrive. Maybe village members also host retreats, create online courses, run coworking or maker spaces, sell crafts and products, launch digital communities of their own...the opportunities are endless.

✨ The Bigger Vision

At Kind Villages, your cost of living isn’t just minimized — it’s offset by what you help create. Our goal is to empower every resident to live lighter, freer, and more abundantly, with community and creativity fueling prosperity.
